Traditional guarantors must independently meet all community qualification requirements, including maintaining a verifiable gross monthly income of at least four times the monthly market rent. Applicants may also apply through Guarantors before submitting an application with PROSE KTX to determine their eligibility. If approved through the program, applicants may satisfy our leasing qualifications without the need for a traditional guarantor.
