Pets are welcome at Prose KTX! Below are the key details of our pet policy:

Pet Guidelines

• Maximum pet weight: 99 lbs
• Maximum pets: 2 pets per apartment
• Breed restrictions: The following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf-hybrid. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.
• Pet interview: Not required

Pet-Related Fees

• Pet Fee: $250 due at move-in (per pet, up to 2 pets)
• Pet Rent: $25 per month (per pet, up to 2 pets)
• Pet Screening: $30 due at lease signing (as applicable)
